Mold damage on the wall of this Tallahassee home was a result of a leaking pipe behind the wall, and a large piece of furniture concealing the damage. The homeowner did not discover the mold damage until a musty odor began to permeate the room. We were contracted to remove the mold which required us to tear out a portion of the wall and floor. First, we built a containment area to prevent the spread of mold spores throughout the home while we were remediating the mold.
