Flooding in a Doctor's Business Suite--Tallahassee

The ruptured water line in the restroom flooded the offices of this Tallahassee doctor's office. Since it was potable, clean water without contaminants, SERVPRO® swiftly began the removal to prevent secondary water damage without regard to donning PPE personal protection equipment. Our Green Fleet arrived within the hour and moved all the furniture and electronics out of the affected area. Our WRT technicians used a truck-mounted pump to extract the bulk of the standing water and then switched to wet-vacs with specialized wands to draw out the remaining moisture. The After Photo depicts a business back in business after several days with a minimum of disruption to our client's customers or employees. A lot of hard work went into setting up the dehumidifiers to pluck the lingering airborne moisture and documenting the final drying result.
