Mold Damage - Tallahassee Apartment

Mold damage developed in this rental apartment in Tallahassee while it sat vacant for a number of months. As the picture of the kitchen shows a complete demolition was required to clean up this mold damage. There was mold on the drywall panels behind the wall and on the wooden studs. They would need to be cleaned, and an antifungal agent would need to be fogged in to eliminate any remaining mold spores on the walls and in the air. A primer would be applied to the bare walls and studs. Once dry new drywall would be installed, and the kitchen would be ready to be rebuilt.
