Tallahassee Gov't Building and Water Damage

The Before Photo of the water damaged Tallahassee office shows a work in progress. The water had been extracted, and the demolition of the soaked, non-salvageable drywall lower area has been removed. Note the tarp to limit and contain the debris to the affected area of the office. After completing the cleanup after the water extraction, a neat area was now ready for a rebuild. We strive to restore before we replace building elements, but this is not always possible. Our SERVPRO technicians minimized the time and expense by just removing damaged parts while leaving the dry areas alone. An antifungal and deodorizing agent were both applied to finish up the job.
