SERVPRO of North Leon County has been great to work with! Jackie Shoop has be very helpful with answering all of our questions and the outreach with the community is second to none. Jackie and the SERVPRO team are always giving back to the community and the first responders that protect the city. SERVPRO of North Leon County are very supportive of the efforts of the fire department and always show their appreciation for our efforts whether it be for the community outreach, the calls we respond to or for our competition teams.

After a water line burst while we were out of town, SERVPRO rode in to the rescue. We had significant demolition work that had to be done which was led capably, competently and with great empathy by Ken. He communicated with me at every point through the process and helped us weather what was a true life crisis as an all-around good human being. (And he stayed calm when I wasn't.) He told me once "I think about your house every bit as much as you do." It was obvious in every way that he, in fact, did. Thank you Ken and SERVPRO (I'm going to invite him over after the house is all the way fixed.)

This team is amazing. We had a smell that we could not identify and suspected mold. The team quickly found the mold issues under the flooring and got to work. The service was fast and the pricing was fair.

Have used them several times, they have come out very quickly. Completed everything quickly with great customer service. Monica in the office has always been a pleasure to work with goes well beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend them for any service you may need.
